EVERYONE KNOWS SEX WITH MONSTERS TRANSFORMS YOUR BODY, SO WHY AM I STILL HUMAN?
This story, while not entirely written, includes mentions and implications of kinks such as (permanent) transformation, CNC, living insertions, oviposition, pregnancy/birth, torture, and experimentation. Don't say I didn't warn you!
Still Human is a story about a lot of things, but it's mainly about the adventures of Aster Saffron, a "holy knight" chosen by the Church du Roi, a religious kingdom ruled by humans, for her inability to be transformed into a monster.
The division between humans and monsters exists solely because humans who have sex with monsters consequentially turn into monsters themselves. While much of the world accepts this as merely something that monsters do, the Church du Roi staunchly sees it as unnatural, interpreting monsters as sex-obsessed creatures who intend to bring humanity to extinction.
This belief wouldn't be so far-reaching were the Church du Roi not the biggest human kingdom on the planet. In fact, very few kingdoms and cities outside of the Church even begin to share the same intense hatred of monsters, as many of them are inhabited by varying mixes of both humans and monsters.
As one moves closer to Masuli, the largest monster-ruled kingdom on the planet, the ratio tilts further and further towards having more monsters than humans, and vice versa as one approaches the Church du Roi. While monsters aren't banned from entering the Church du Roi itself, they are prohibited from becoming royalty or even serving the royal family. (Not that any would want to, right? Right??) Conversely, humans are not banned from Masuli, nor are they prohibited from becoming or serving royalty.
The mission given to Aster by the Church is ultimately to travel to Masuli and kill their king—a task she takes on with a healthy skepticism, knowing the Church to be "full of shit", yet pretends to pursue anyway, if only for the opportunity to leave and see the world for herself. Never having been a devout person, the only thing tying her to the Church is her immunity to transformation.
She gains a party of interesting characters along the way, including a demon plotting revenge on Masuli's princess, an aeromorph aiming to win a cooking contest, a slime scientist with very few morals, and a currently undesigned fifth member. :)
Through various plot shenanigans and plot twists, Aster eventually decides to destroy the church! For now, however, she's just going on funny adventures.

Aster is a commoner born into the lower city areas of the Church du Roi. Her life would be largely uninteresting if not for her immunity to what the Church calls "monsterspawn"—that is, whatever it is that exists in the sexual fluids of monsters that transforms humans.
At first glance, she appears to be bratty and arrogant, easily annoyed by whatever nonsense is thrown her way. However, as she becomes more comfortable with her surroundings, she blossoms into a kind and excitable person, going out of her way to show compassion towards even the toughest cases.
While her main kinks tend to revolve around the fantasy of being forcibly taken and/or transformed, they're largely due to her strange relationship with sex: it's incredibly difficult for her to reciprocate with any partner, finding very little pleasure (or even disgust) in touching the body of another person in a sexual context. Thus, the only way for her to satisfy both herself and her partner is if her partner doesn't need her to reciprocate at all, which is most easily accomplished with bondage and CNC.
This has also led her to throw herself into dangerous situations, as her particular brand of fantasy was oftentimes too intense for her human partners. However, RPing forced transformation is a more common kink with monsters—another reason for Aster's desire to leave the Church.
